Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis and water treatment equipment across our kidney care clinics. You will train colleagues on operational maintenance and manage medical supplies to support safe patient care.

You will collaborate with facility teams, follow regulatory standards, and contribute to equipment readiness in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in electronics/biomedical tech preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong collaboration and analytical skills are expected.
• Mechanical aptitude with tool-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant and ensures vendor services meet contracts.
• Purchases and inventories service parts.
• Performs water/dialysate sampling and analysis per specs.
• Documents repairs and maintenance activity.
• Supports planning and installation of biomedical equipment.
• Provides on-call technical coverage as needed.

Education
