Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to welcome patients, manage admissions and discharges, and support center operations. You will prepare reports, assist with payroll, orient new staff, and keep records and supplies organized to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities include coordinating billing review, maintaining patient privacy, and upholding our compassionate care standards for kidney patients in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; AA/AS degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare network reports and review monthly billing; assist payroll and orient new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and office supplies/equipment to support center operations.

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides a safe and professional environment when patients first enter our centers, where they are greeted and assisted in a positive and welcoming way. T he Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC) is responsible for patient admission and discharge processes, preparing network reports, reviewing and submitting monthly billing, facilitating payroll, orienting new employees, maintaining employee records, and maintaining office supplies and office machines in the center. The CAC is responsible for maintaining patient medical records as mandated in the medical records, privacy, and emergency policies.

Education:
