Qualifications

• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills.
• Demonstrated management skills necessary to supervise facility personnel.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: lead, coach, and develop direct reports; manage financials and staffing.
• Patient Care: coordinate care from admission to discharge; address patient questions.
• Staff: hire, train, and evaluate clinical staff; ensure licensure/certifications.
• Physicians: facilitate physician privileges and maintain strong relationships.
• Other: ensure CQI/QAPI processes and regulatory compliance; collaborate with Medical Director.
