Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in patient education on adequacy measures as appropriate.
• Evaluate vascular access and monitor treatment parameters under supervision.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety in the dialysis unit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and monitor wellbeing during treatment.
• Operate dialysis machines and set UF goals per prescription.
• Record vital signs, weights, and treatment data accurately.
• Maintain clean, disinfected equipment and work areas between treatments.
• Participate in CQI activities and ongoing staff education.
