Qualifications

• Successful completion of dialysis training program and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate vascular access and monitor patient during treatment.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data accurately.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Record treatment data and communicate changes to supervising RN or clinician.
• Assist with patient education on treatment adequacy measures and transitions in care.
