Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CMS-approved state/national certification within required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under supervision.
• Monitor patient status and record vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Evaluate vascular access and ensure safety during treatment.
• Prepare and document pre/post dialysis evaluations.
• Maintain clean and safe treatment environment and equipment.
• Participate in CQI activities and infection control practices.
