Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an on-site dialysis technician to operate hemodialysis machines and monitor patients under RN supervision. You will cover setup, treatment delivery, and safety checks while maintaining accurate records and supporting infection control protocols.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and prior patient care experience. The role may involve travel between facilities within the community and adherence to CMS/state licensure

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility.
• CPR certification required and successful completion of the dialysis training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and respond to adverse events as directed.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support CQI activities.
• Assist in training direct care staff under supervision of a nurse.
