Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Austell, GA to support dialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will assist with setup and operation of dialysis machines, monitor patient status, and maintain a safe treatment environment.

Responsibilities include recording vital signs, managing the treatment flow, and participating in CQI activities to improve patient outcomes. Requires HS diploma and state licensure per CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state/national certification requirements.
• State licensure required.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and monitors.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and report changes to RN.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized treatment areas and equipment.
