Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring for a Dialysis Technician role in Indiana. You will support the dialysis care team, set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, and help maintain a safe, clean clinical environment. Training is provided; prior patient care experience is preferred.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and willingness to participate in ongoing education and CQI activities. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Prior patient care experience preferred; dialysis training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs during treatment and report changes.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized dialysis area and equipment.
• Record treatment data accurately and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Assist in transitional care and basic patient education related to dialysis.
