Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures.
• Monitor vital signs and weight before/after treatment.
• Assess vascular access patency and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Record treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Observe safety alarms and intervene as needed.
