Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in California seeks a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision, greet patients on the treatment floor, and advocate for patients to deliver quality care. You will communicate with the team to ensure a compassionate, efficient experience, with opportunities for growth.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 6 months of HD patient care, BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certifications and CA CHT where required,

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification per state regulations.
• California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse following Satellite policies.
• Meet and greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure they are comfortable throughout treatment.
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the team to deliver quality care.
