Job summary

Role covers patient education, treatment monitoring, recording vital signs, and assisting with vascular access and treatment documentation. Prior patient care experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification required.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required.
• Experience in patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and monitor wellbeing during treatment.
• Assist in vascular access assessment and cannulation under supervision.
• Prepare and operate dialysis machines with prescribed QB and QD settings.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data accurately.
• Respond to alarms and document interventions for patient status.
