Qualifications

• Demonstrates patient care and safety during dialysis treatment.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, safe dialysis environment.
• Performs pre/post treatment vitals and documentation per policy.
• Supports CQI activities and patient education under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during treatment and report changes to RN.
• Record treatment data and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
