Job summary

Sanderling Renal Services is seeking a PRN Hemodialysis Technician to join our in-hospital dialysis program. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care and ample interaction with dialysis nurses and nephrologists.

Requirements include a Certified Hemodialysis Technician certificate, current CPR, TB/Hep B vaccination records, and a minimum of 12 months dialysis experience. Work location is in person at North Baldwin Infirmary & Bay Minette.

Qualifications

• Certified Hemodialysis Technician certificate in current standing.
• Current CPR certificate.
• TB, Hepatitis B vaccination and records including MMR, Tdap, Flu and COVID.
• Minimum of 12 months of dialysis experience.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience.
• Ability to be on-call and arrive at hospital within 1 hour of a call.
• Ability to work independently to the highest scope of practice with guidance from nurse and physician.
• Respect for patients and team members.

Responsibilities
