Job summary

McLeod Health seeks a Board Certified General Surgeon or Vascular Surgeon to join its growing Dialysis Access program on the coast in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The role offers a balanced mix of operating room and outpatient clinic work with a strong referral base and supportive team.

Candidates will perform a broad range of dialysis access procedures in a physician-led, nonprofit system with leadership development opportunities and coastal living.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in General Surgery or Vascular Surgery.
• Experience with dialysis access procedures is preferred.
• Willingness to practice in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Responsibilities

• Join an established Dialysis Access practice with a strong referral base.
• Balance operating room time with outpatient clinic duties to ensure continuity of care.
• Work alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers to support high-volume procedures.
• Perform fistulograms, angioplasty, stenting, thrombectomy, AV fistula/graft creation and other access procedures.
