Job summary

BayCare in Riverview, FL is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for the Radiology and Imaging department. You will perform diagnostic sonographic procedures, manage RIS data, assist physicians, and support file room operations and patient transport to ensure efficient departmental workflow.

Required qualifications include an Associates or Technical Ultrasound education, BLS and RDMS credentials, and documented Ultrasound experience. Weekend schedule is every 3rd shift, with dayshift hours 7:30-4.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Technical Ultrasound.
• Education equivalent experience: Technical Ultrasound or Associates Ultrasound.
• Credentials: BLS and RDMS.
• Credential equivalent experience: BLS and RDMS required.
• Experience: Ultrasound procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic sonographic procedures following safety standards.
• Manage RIS data and related imaging records.
• Assist physicians and support file room operations.
• Handle general clerical tasks and patient transportation.
• Support housekeeping and departmental workflow.
