Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic sonographic exams under supervision and assist physicians as needed. You will participate in patient care with ARDMS eligibility and BLS certification required on hire.

A minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience is preferred, with potential for professional growth within Providence's large care network.

Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound training program.
• Education and experience sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take ARDMS registry examination.
• Within 1 year of hire National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years Ultrasound Tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision, performs diagnostic medical sonographic exams, assists physician as required, and performs related duties as assigned.
