Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging and assist with interventional procedures in a busy imaging department. You will work with radiologists and staff to deliver high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Preferred applicants graduated from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program, hold ARRT, BLS, and Texas State Health certifications, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year preferred

Your Job: In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the Radiologic Technologist position is to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging services. In addition, he/she performs specialized imaging techniques when fluoroscopic guidance is requested and assists the Radiologist when appropriate.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists« (ARRT) certification
• Texas Department of State Health certification
