Nebraska Methodist Health System in Council Bluffs is seeking an experienced Sonographer to provide diagnostic ultrasound services at Methodist Physician's Clinic – Jennie Ed Medical Plaza. You will perform exams, ensure patient safety, and follow department protocols in a fast paced setting.

The role requires ARDMS RDMS eligibility/registration, a graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, and ability to coordinate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registered or board eligible required.
• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• RDMS credential required within one year of employment; AB/OB-GYN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify patient and verify identity on all exams.
• Cover appropriate body parts and position patient correctly.
• Perform exams per physician orders and department protocols.
• Review exams for technical accuracy with radiologist.
• Coordinate with staff to manage department workflow.
• Maintain awareness of exam status and patient information.
