Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in a clinical environment. You will ensure patient safety, document procedures, and support imaging workflows across departments.

The role requires graduating from an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT-R eligibility or registry within six months, and adherence to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R registry within six months if a new graduate.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct patient information, prepare for exams, and corroborate clinical history while maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to maximize safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access under licensed practitioner’s guidance.
• Evaluate images for quality, proper positioning, and verify data transfer and storage.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers; assist practitioners during procedures.
• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures both within and outside the radiology department, such as in operating rooms or ICU.
