Live Well Homecare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operate imaging equipment, and maintain accurate records in a clinical setting.

You will position patients, ensure safety, assist physicians, and contribute to quality assurance, education of students, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty training program in radiologic technology.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment and adhere to policies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological and fluoroscopic procedures using proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
• Operate all equipment within the modality proficiently.
• Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protection devices.
• Analyze patient characteristics such as body size, physical condition, and suspected pathology to ensure optimal examination quality.
• Assist physicians with various procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and recommend repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
• Contribute to the educational training of students.
