Qualifications

  • Familiarity with federal/state regulations.

Job description

Role: Radiologic Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic, therapeutic, and research radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
Key Duties: Obtain correct patient identification, prepare for exams, optimize imaging protocols, ensure patient safety, administer medications as prescribed, evaluate image quality, assist licensed practitioners, and support patient care in various settings including OR, ICU, and endoscopy.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology, with a requirement to obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months (new graduates). Ability to independently perform procedures, evaluate images, and educate healthcare staff. Knowledge of radiation safety, federal/state regulations, and ALARA principles.
