Job summary

The position requires ARRT registration or eligibility, with a pathway to complete the registry within 6 months of hire, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or program of Radiologic Technology.
• Current Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligibility to apply.
• Students in ARRT-recognized programs may apply and must pass the registry within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Produces routine and specialized radiographs and fluoroscopic studies.
• Adheres to radiation safety and patient protection guidelines.
• Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff; documents in patient records.
• Operates radiology equipment and related devices; provides staff/students instruction as needed.
• Participates in quality assurance and other departmental activities.
