Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time radiologist to join a seasoned team with two board-certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

The role offers hybrid/on-site work with light IR and a schedule of seven on-site and seven from home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 hospital employee, plus a straight production bonus based on RVUs.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board-certified or board certification eligible; must obtain board certification within 5 years.
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology reads and light interventional radiology procedures as needed.
• Guaran­teed schedule: 14 shifts per month, 7 on-site and 7 from home, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Nights/weekends may be covered by teleradiology; opportunity to precept residents and students.

Job description

Our System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

Must be willing to work a hybrid/on-site role with light IR

7 Days onsite and 7 days from home

14 Shifts per month

An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustmentas a W-2 hospital employee
• Bonus:straight production; RVU payment model
• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
• Volume:approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month)
• 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year
