Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our remote Radiology team. This 100% remote tele-radiology role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to serve a large patient population across Piedmont's two high-volume locations.

The ideal candidate will interpret a broad range of imaging studies, prioritize STAT exams, and communicate critical findings promptly.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency Program.
• Fellowship training preferred.
• Active medical license, or ability to obtain unrestricted licensure.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of imaging studies including CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound.
• Prioritize and manage STAT, urgent, and routine examinations.
• Communicate critical findings promptly to referring providers and care teams.
• Generate accurate, timely radiology reports.
• Collaborate with emergency department physicians, specialists, and hospital-based teams.
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives.
