Matrix Providers Inc. seeks two full-time Diagnostic Radiologists to provide on-site diagnostic radiology services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System in Orlando, Florida.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., no federal-holiday work, no on-call duty. Anticipated start date February 1, 2027, pending contract award and VA approval.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
• At least 3 consecutive years of Diagnostic Radiologist experience in last 4 years.
• Subspecialty qualifications in neuroradiology, body imaging, or MSK imaging.
• Current, unrestricted medical license meeting VA requirements.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Orlando.
• Ability to meet 9,000 wRVUs annually.
• Ability to obtain VA credentialing/privileging before starting.
• Fellowship training and life-support certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site diagnostic radiology interpretation within subspecialty expertise and approved privileges.
• Prepare accurate, timely imaging reports and maintain clinical documentation.
• Communicate urgent findings to referring providers per facility procedures.
• Consult with referring clinicians regarding imaging findings.
• Meet annual productivity requirement of 9,000 wRVUs per physician.
• Follow VA policies, clinical quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Maintain required licensure, qualifications, and clinical privileges throughout the assignment.

Matrix Providers is seeking two full-time Diagnostic Radiologists for an anticipated opportunity providing on-site diagnostic radiology services to Veterans at the Orlando VA Healthcare System in Orlando, Florida.

We are pre-recruiting for this opportunity. Employment is contingent upon Matrix Providers being awarded the contract and completion of all required VA credentialing, privileging, and onboarding approvals.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch

Coverage: No federal-holiday work, on-call duty, or overtime

Anticipated Start Date: February 1, 2027, subject to contract award and VA approval

Subspecialty Opportunities

We welcome candidates qualified in neuroradiology, body imaging, or musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging. The two physicians must collectively cover any two of these three subspecialties. Acceptable combinations include:

• Neuroradiology and MSK imaging


• Neuroradiology and body imaging


• MSK imaging and body imaging

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site diagnostic radiology interpretation within the physician’s subspecialty expertise and approved clinical privileges.

Requirements

Based on the preliminary contract requirements, candidates must have:

• Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.


• At least three consecutive years of qualifying Diagnostic Radiologist experience within the last four years.


• Subspecialty qualifications in neuroradiology, body imaging, or MSK imaging appropriate to the assigned role.


• A current, unrestricted medical license meeting VA requirements.


• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Orlando during the specified schedule.


• Ability to meet the annual workload requirement of 9,000 wRVUs.


• Ability to complete and receive approval for VA credentialing and privileging before beginning services.


• Final qualifications, including any fellowship training, life-support certifications, and additional screening requirements, will be confirmed against the solicitation.
