Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruiting is assisting a nonprofit health system in Longview, TX, seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join their team. The role offers on-site or 100% remote teleradiology options with a 350-bed hospital and six satellite ERs.

The position features a flexible schedule, with Mon–Fri 8am–5pm CT and rotating call coverage, reading PET/CT/MRI and other imaging modalities. Board certification and TX license readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
• Texas state medical license required or eligible.
• Open to on-site or 100% remote teleradiology.

Responsibilities

• Read a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies (PET/CT/MRI/Mammo).
• Generates reports within standard radiology turnaround times.
• Share rotating call coverage evenings 5pm–10pm.
• Collaborate with a multi-site imaging program across multiple facilities.

About the Role

Diagnostic Radiologist, Hospital, located in Longview, TX (1.5 hrs from Dallas) with a 350-bed hospital. The organization also reads for 6 satellite ERs, outpatient imaging centers, and a cancer center. This role is open to on‑site or 100% remote teleradiology. Six radiologists currently on staff. Open to multiple subspecialties: MSK, Body, Neuro, Breast, Vascular, Nuclear, etc. All subspecialties encouraged to apply. EPIC integrated EMR system.

Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm Central Time Zone. Rotating call shared among all radiologists covering evenings from 5pm‑10pm until the night hawk service takes over. Physicians will have the opportunity to read a wide range of diagnostic services including PET, CT, MRI, mammography, etc.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
• Ability to acquire a Texas state medical license
• Open to multiple subspecialties: MSK, Body, Neuro, Breast, Vascular, Nuclear, etc. All subspecialties encouraged to apply
