Job summary

UVA Community Health is expanding and seeks a BC/BE Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing, community-based imaging network in northern Virginia. The role offers the flexibility of a community program with academic support and resources from UVA Health.

You will read studies, perform diagnostic exams, and support ED/inpatient imaging needs across three UVA Health centers, with a collaborative team of breast, diagnostic, and interventional radiologists.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Community-based imaging experience is a plus.

UVA Community Health Medical Group is growing - and we're hiring a BC/BE Diagnostic Radiologist (MD/DO) to join our expanding community-based imaging network serving northern Virginia.

The role:

You will provide diagnostic imaging services across three UVA Health locations:

• UVA Health Prince William Medical Center
• UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center
• UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center

What you'll do:

• Work in a very active diagnostic practice
• Consult across a broad range of diagnoses
• Read studies and perform diagnostic exams throughout the day
• Support ED and inpatient diagnostic imaging needs (no rounding)
• Communicate diagnoses directly to patients when needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, interventional radiologists, pathologists & breast radiology colleagues

The base compensation range for this role is $500,211 - $656,543 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
