Job summary

Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA, is seeking a Diagnostic Technologist to perform general radiographic exams and may be cross-trained in other imaging modalities. The technologist operates X-ray equipment, prepares rooms and equipment, and supports patient care.

The role may float to remote locations as needed. Minimum requirements include a CA CRT within 6 months, CPR, and a fluoroscopy permit; ARRT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by CA Department of Health Services (to be obtained within 6 months)
• Minimum: Current CPR Certification
• Minimum: Fluoroscopy Permit (to be obtained within 6 months)
• Desired: ARRT certification
• Desired: 1 year experience as Technologist-In-Charge (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Operates X-ray equipment and manipulates digital images.
• Performs general diagnostic radiographic exams and may cross-train in other imaging modalities.
• Prepares patient rooms, equipment and supplies, and manages contrast media.
• May be assigned Technologist-In-Charge duties and/or float to remote locations as needed.
