Receives requests in order of priority from physicians and other health care providers.Assists the Radiologist during CT guided biopsy, aspiration or injection procedures.Assists the department to maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements such as the American College of Radiology (ACR), Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) and the Joint Commission (JC).Performs a variety of routine and non-routine complex radiographic examinations. Receives patient through specific identifiers in accordance with established procedures.Determine critical and emergency CT priority scans order based on the severity of the patient’s condition.Ensures patients’ forms are completed, signed and scanned into the PACS system.
