Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) is seeking radiology staff to perform diagnostic radiographic exams and support physicians in developing diagnoses and treatment plans. The role requires ARRT(R) certification, NV radiology license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from high school and graduation from an accredited school of radiology.
• Must possess ARRT certification in Radiography and Nevada state license in Radiology.
• BLS certification accepted by the AHA.
• Office Lab Assistant License within 30 days of hire for applicable ambulatory care centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiographic exams to assist physicians in diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Perform radiographic examinations following protocols and quality control measures.
• Position patients properly and ensure radiation safety and patient comfort.
