Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. You will operate imaging equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate records of procedures and findings.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program with either one year of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree, ARRT-Radiography certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completion of required clinical hours.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience OR graduation of Bachelor degree program.
• Licensure/Certification: ARRT-Radiography; state licensure may be required depending on practice location.
• Certification/Registration: ARRTR Radiography; Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and imaging quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings.
