Responsibilities

• Specializes in performing diagnostic studies in nuclear medicine imaging.
• Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns to foster comfort.
• Operates and maintains all nuclear imaging equipment to ensure proper function.
• Measures and prepares radioactive isotopes to obtain diagnostic images as requested.
• Identifies and administers medications/substances within scope as prescribed.
