Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• Active RDMS certification in two of three specialties: Abdomen, OB/GYN or RVT.
• Experience with adult learning principles and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality instruction to students that meet program and course objectives.
• Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Impart workplace requirements to existing students.

Skills

Understanding of education environments including needs of adult learners

Ability to provide a positive and effective learning environment

Good Organization and Communication Skills

Education

AA/AS degree in a related subject area from an accredited college

BA/BS degree in a related subject area from an accredited college
