Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• ARDMS/ARRT certifications or equivalent.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures including abdominal, pelvic, OB, vascular, and more.
• May perform cardiac procedures as required by the entity.
• Adheres to ALARA radiation safety practices.
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Provides patient/family instruction and addresses needs during procedures.

Associate's Degree

Bachelor's Degree

One year ultrasound experience

ARDMS RDMS (OB/GYN, AB, or BR)

ARRT RT(S) (ARRT) or RT(S)(BS)(ARRT)

ARDMS RDCS(AE) or RDCS(PE)
