Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Sonographer II (PRN) to provide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role focuses on patient comfort, accurate imaging, and collaboration with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support diagnostic needs.

Responsibilities include image acquisition, patient positioning, infection control, EMR documentation, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance.
