Job summary

Adelphi is seeking a board-certified Diagnostic and/or Interventional Radiologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a hospital-based practice in Jefferson City, MO, with potential coverage in Columbia, MO. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month, with 80-90% Diagnostic and 10-20% Interventional Radiology.

Daily reads are 40-50 exams and procedures 10-12 daily. Hospital privileges are required; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• MO license or IMLC.
• Board-certified radiologist.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Available for locum tenens coverage starting Nov 2, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology reads and interpretations.
• Conduct ultrasound, CT, and MRI studies.
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures (lumbar punctures, biopsies, drainages).
• Collaborate with Rad Techs and RNs in a hospital setting.
• Document and manage findings in Cerner EMR.
