Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
  • 0–2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
  • Hands-on testing and debugging experience with lab equipment
  • Willingness for up to 25% travel
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary diagnostic support resource in the lab, performing on-site testing and troubleshooting
  • Set up, run, analyze, and document lab tests with engineering and science teams
  • Operate and maintain test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and detailed test records
  • Analyze test data to identify issues, trends, and root causes
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation
  • Support field and off-site testing, including travel as needed
