Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to deliver radiologic care to patients of all ages using ionizing radiation. You will operate X-ray equipment and PACS, prep exam rooms and assist with patient education.

Candidates should have working knowledge of conventional radiology, and may be asked to cover call. Familiarity with CT, MRI, or Interventional Radiology is a plus if competencies are met. This is a rotating, per diem role within Tenet Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• ARRT(R) certification required.
• CRT certification required.
• Fluoroscopy permit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiological care to patients of all ages for diagnosis and treatment using ionizing radiation.
• Operate X-ray equipment and PACS; prepare exam room, equipment and supplies; educate patients.
