TALENT Software Services is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist CT to support evaluating radiology procedures, equipment, and staff in a fast-paced setting in Norwich, NY. You will ensure timely, accurate, and reliable service for patients, employees, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities include performing CT procedures as requested, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and collaborating with physicians and radiologists to optimize patient care.

Job Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist CT will ensure that the evaluation of Radiology procedures, equipment, and staff are administered in a manner that is accurate, timely, responsive, and reliable. Priority will be given to activities that directly affect customer service, serving employees, Medical Staff, patients, and regulatory agencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patients and hospital information.
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures pertaining to incident reporting.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform CT procedures as requested by referring physicians.
• Demonstrate adequate radiation safety practices for both patients and co-workers.
• Participate in all Radiology Management System functions pertaining to patient procedures.
• Provide patient education as required.
• Maintain effective communications with referring physician and radiologist staff for efficient delivery of CT procedures.
• Abide by the service delivery standards of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology in interactions with patients, visitors, employees, or other customers.
• Adhere to appropriate and accepted clinical principles, methods, and procedures while performing CT procedures.

Schedule Notes

Nights, 36 hours/week - Fri, Sat, Sun, 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Preferred Qualifications

ARRT (CT) preferred; candidates with radiologic technologist experience cross-trained in CT will be considered.
