Job summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center's Diagnostic Imaging Nursing team supports both inpatient and ambulatory patients across imaging, infusion, cardiology procedures, physiatry, and central line care. Nurses provide specialized comprehensive care in a fast-paced outpatient department seven days a week and on holidays.

The role requires RN licensure in Vermont, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and prior surgical or procedural nursing experience with telemetry or electrophysiology exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized primary nursing in Diagnostic Imaging, Infusion, Cardiology procedures, Physiatry and Central Line care.
• Serve as a resource for patients, families, internal and external providers and staff.
• Institute life-saving measures, follow universal precautions, and adhere to hospital protocol including Time Out and aseptic technique.
