Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics is required.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for auto insurance.
• Experience with electronic circuit boards, processors and computer hardware as used in field service.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO9000 quality requirements and safety standards (electrical & radiation).
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is a plus.
• Able to share knowledge and cooperate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer issues, assess situations and provide optimal resolution.
• Set realistic customer expectations and communicate with clinical leadership.
• Manage assets including labor time, parts, tools, and calibration equipment.
• Participate in regional peer team meetings and knowledge sharing.
• Interpret technical instructions to solve problems and follow up on issues.
• Adhere to quality and safety requirements and regulations.
• Manage assigned areas and vendor personnel under supervision.
