Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a diagnostic automotive technician/mechanic who brings energy, positivity, and a customer-focused mindset. You'll diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, striving for accurate, safe solutions for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign makes and models.
• Strong technician expertise across major vehicle systems, including engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and advanced HVAC systems.
• ASE Certifications (or Master Technician status preferred), or a demonstrated track record and plan to achieve
• Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
