Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Dietetics required.
• CDCES or CDE certification preferred.
• Experience or coursework in diabetes education is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of a distinct patient population through assessment of educational needs, nutritional guidelines, lifestyle interventional goals, and counseling.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers to develop effective individualized protocols and empower patients with techniques and behavior modifications to improve diabetes control.
