Qualifikationen

• FL Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Dietitian.
• Certification from the National Board of Diabetes Educators.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current CDE Licensure for Florida.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial assessment focusing on nutritional, physiologic, and metabolic status.
• Provide individual nutrition counseling to patients and staff per physician's orders.
• Maintain medical records per ADA standards.
• Identify patients and families' learning needs and utilize resources appropriately.
• Demonstrate competency in interpreting lab data, evaluating new products, and interpreting research findings.
• Demonstrate accountability for own professional practice.
• Occasional travel to corporate sites regarding employee relations issues.
