Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing judgment to tailor care to patient needs.
• Guide staff and precept new teammates.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Document accurate clinical assessments and discharge planning.
• Deliver discharge planning and connect with community resources.
