Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior technology transformation leader to modernize financial processes for federal clients, leveraging innovative tech and ensuring audit readiness.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, mentor teams, and align initiatives with governance and compliance while exploring ERP/SAP options for scalable impact. Travel up to 10% to DC/MD/VA offices will be required.

Job Family:Software Development & SupportTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Lead transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative technology solutions.Work with senior executives to understand their pain points and design feasible and actionable solutions to address them using technology.Oversee citizen development teams, ensuring alignment with technical best practices and delivery of high-quality, scalable digital tools.Drive integration and collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness and connectivity of financial systems.Identify and unlock technology potential within the client’s environment, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, guiding teams through execution while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.Evaluate technology modernization opportunities including performing analysis of alternatives to compare low code technology solution options against enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Embed financial management standards into the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with federal financial policies, audit readiness, and operational integrity.Collaborate with technology practitioners to drive the creation of scalable AI prototypes, serving in a product manager role.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD/DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
