The DGR Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and operational effectiveness of all Donated Goods Retail functions within an assigned region. This includes retail stores, outlet operations, e-commerce, salvage/recycling, attended donation centers (ADCs), and transportation/logistics.This role is accountable for regional financial performance, operational execution, safety compliance, and team development across all assigned functions. Experience with donated goods retail, high-volume retail, logistics, distribution, or other complex multi-site operations is preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license required.
