Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash handling, route operations, ATM servicing, or similar role.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform real-time calculations and reconciliations.
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends (on-call).

• Service assigned route locations, including cash collection, ATM replenishment.
• Accurately count, reconcile, and document all funds collected.
• Calculate and allocate funds across machines, ATMs, and locations, including third-party fees and revenue splits.
• Prepare deposits and maintain precise financial records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in collections and reporting.
• Maintain strict adherence to cash handling, security, and internal controls.
• Communicate operational or financial issues to leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with location partners.
• Stock and fill product in machines.
• Ensure machines are clean and in working condition.
• Communicate any machine issues or location concerns to the service team.

About The Role
