Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner to supervise a cabin cleaning team and ensure the highest sanitation and safety standards between flights at DFW Airport in Irving, TX. You will lead tasks, restock cabins, manage on-site communications, and support supervisors to maintain operational quality.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible AM/PM shifts, including weekends. Prior cleaning or aviation experience is helpful but not mandatory.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft interiors between flights. The Lead Cleaner is responsible for leading the team and assisting with cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. Duties include cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and following strict aviation safety and security protocols.

Shift: AM and PM shifts, Weekends Included

• 5 am to 1:30 pm / 6 am to 2:30 pm / 7 am to 3:30 pm *must be flexible with start time
• 1 pm to 9:30 pm / 2 pm to 10:30 pm *must be flexible with start time

Hourly Wage: $17.50 for AM / $18.50 for PM, paid weekly
